About the Initiative
As part of AD Ports Group’s commitment to give back and strengthen local social bonds, its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team is proud to launch the Day for CommUnity initiative in conjunction with the UAE Year of Community.
We ask all community members across our global offices and facilities to participate by engaging in meaningful actions that benefit society and foster human connection.
The Day for CommUnity initiative is also open to members of the public! We invite our neighbours around the world to join our effort to support our communities.
How can you take part?

Individuals who demonstrate outstanding contributions will have a chance to be featured on AD Ports Group social media channels and receive certificates of recognition.
What are the conditions to participate?
- Your contribution must be part of an initiative approved by AD Ports Group or any other licensed or accredited entity in your country.
- You must attach a volunteer certificate from the accredited or licensed entity that organised the initiative.
- You must attach proof of registration in the initiative from the entity or an accredited volunteering platform.
Examples of qualifying activities could include:
- Volunteering: such as cleaning or awareness campaigns.
- Acts of giving: such as donation drives.
- Or any organised acts of kindness that contribute to community.
All activities and initiatives under the “Day for CommUnity” campaign are completely voluntary. Participation is optional and not mandatory. The purpose of this campaign is to encourage a culture of giving and community engagement driven by genuine interest, not obligation.
